In a dynamic city like Edmonton, it's important to keep up with new ideas, ventures, businesses and trends. Staying fresh can be tricky, but Fresh MEAET makes it easy.
Fresh MEAET is part of Edmonton NextGen's MEAET initiative, an opportunity for Edmontonians to come together to eat delicious local food and hear pitches from local entrepreneurs. Five to six entrepreneurs will present their ideas, and at the end of their pitches, attendees vote on their favourite pitch. A portion of the ticket sales will go towards the winner to help kick-start their project.
Fresh MEAET is coming up on Tuesday, July 11. In partnership with the Edmonton Food Council, Fresh MEAET will focus on sustainability and urban food.
Join the NextGen community on Tuesday night from 6 pm to 8 pm to share some great food and learn about local business projects. In keeping with the local food theme, Zwick's Pretzels, Equi-tea and Doughnut Party will all be supplying some mouthwatering food.
Our host, the ATB Entrepreneur Centre on Calgary Trail, has also generously sponsored this event by contributing $500 to the winner's pot.
