8th Annual Run Walk Ride For Vision Zero

This fun, family-friendly event is all about promoting the importance of traffic safety in our community for everyone: pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and drivers.

When: Saturday June 8, 2019.   

WhereConcordia University of Edmonton, 7128 Ada Boulevard.

What: 2k or 5k run/walk, 10k run and 10k family-fun cycle event.

Who: This event is for all ages and abilities. You can walk, run or bike. Dogs on a leash and strollers are welcome.

Cost: Price varies from $15 - $35 depending on event chosen, and team or single registration. Children under 12 are free. To see prices, click the Running Room registration link. Price includes a hot dog lunch after the race.

Early bird prize: If you are registering as a team (4 or more) you will be automatically entered into a draw for a $100 Restaurant Gift card.

Parking: Paid parking is available at Concordia University of Edmonton.

Vision Zero is the long-term goal of zero traffic fatalities and serious injuries. Net proceeds from this race benefit the Memorial and Traffic Safety Fund which helps to support traffic safety research and community traffic-safety initiatives. Participants are also welcome to make an additional donation to the Memorial and Traffic Safety Fund. Donations are managed by the Edmonton Community Foundation.
